Our Process
We begin with an initial conversation, virtually or in person, to learn about you, your property, and what you hope to accomplish. We discuss the project scope, priorities, timeline, and overall expectations to determine if we are the right fit.
From there, we prepare a customized proposal outlining the recommended scope of services and professional fees. Once approved, we finalize our agreement and begin the design process.

With the overall direction established, the vision becomes increasingly detailed. Architectural elements, custom cabinetry and millwork, lighting, plumbing, materials, finishes, color, furnishings, and other design elements are developed as part of one cohesive composition.
Designs are presented for client review, feedback, and approval throughout the process. Depending on the scale of the project, presentations may be organized into several meetings or phases, allowing decisions to be considered thoughtfully and refined together.

Throughout this phase, we remain a resource for our clients while helping protect the integrity and continuity of the overall vision.

For furnishings and products purchased through the studio, our team manages the many details behind the scenes, including ordering, vendor communication, production tracking, freight and delivery coordination, and resolution of damages or replacements. This allows the process to continue moving forward while our clients remain focused on the experience rather than the logistics.

The final stage brings everything together. Furnishings are delivered and installed, followed by art, accessories, styling, and the finishing touches that give a home warmth, personality, and a sense of completion.
